FABRIC TEMPE
OUR MISSION is to provide apparel entrepreneurs with training, guidance, innovative industry resources, and access to no-minimum manufacturing, so they can build sustainable fashion businesses domestically.
OUR VISION is to establish Arizona as a modern fashion industry capital for the U.S. by creating a tech-based, sustainable, closed loop fashion industry ecosystem that attracts and supports direct-to-consumer apparel brands.

FABRIC Tempe is now a sole entity, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that provides the same signature industry resources that have empowered 600+ fashion brands and generated $3M+ in “community giveback” funds to the City of Tempe over the past four years.
It’s the FABRIC you know and love, but “cut from a new cloth.” FABRIC Tempe builds on the founders’ award-winning work to directly support small businesses with needed resources, and expands to provide new and exciting offerings that help apparel entrepreneurs bring their dreams to life - and their business to Tempe.
The decision to establish FABRIC as a nonprofit comes following the Arizona Apparel Foundation’s decision to pivot its model and focus on supporting apparel circularity, material innovation and economic development.
By simplifying FABRIC’s unique model into a 501(c)(3), Barry and Johnson are ensuring that the dreams of Arizona’s apparel entrepreneurs will always be supported.
